Rob has over 20 years of executive experience across the Energy, Power and Digital Infrastructure sectors, including serving on several Data Center Advisory Boards and leading Engineering, Energy and Network teams for major global Data Center Owner/Operators.
Graeme has close to 20 years of experience in structured finance across both US and international markets. Prior to joining FoundDigital, Graeme was global head of structured equity solutions at a major investment bank where he worked with publicly-traded Corporates, Private Equity and Family Office clients to originate and structure equity investments and associated complex financial solutions. Graeme's current focus is to leverage that structuring and financial expertise to partner with FoundDigital's clients to drive the next growth of digital infrastructure projects and investments across North America.
Throughout his career, Steven has specialized in high voltage power systems and substation design. He has led technical efforts that streamline design processes, reduce project risk, and enhance system reliability. He has worked across the full project lifecycle from conceptual design and system studies to equipment specification, relay settings development, protection coordination, and commissioning support.
Grant is a licensed Professional Engineer with a Master's in Electrical Engineering and dual undergraduate degrees in Physics and Finance. He specializes in the design and optimization of electrical infrastructure for data centers, with expertise spanning utility coordination, substation planning, power system modeling, and power quality.
Noah is a licensed Professional Engineer with deep expertise in substation design, power system studies, and interconnection requirements. He brings end-to-end experience across every stage of project development from early conceptual layouts and procurement specifications to detailed high-voltage substation schematics and on-site commissioning.
Calvin is a Senior Power Systems Engineer with over six years of experience in power systems and data center design. A U.S. Navy veteran, he brings a mission-focused, detail-oriented approach to engineering. He specializes in medium- and high-voltage electrical systems, substation design, utility coordination, and the development of reliable and scalable power distribution architectures.
Brian is a Senior Electrical Designer with over 30 years of experience designing high, medium, and low-voltage electrical distribution systems for large-scale infrastructure projects across data centers, microelectronics, pharmaceuticals, and power generation. At FoundDigital, Brian produces high-quality design drawings that support campus master planning, community engagement initiatives, and marketing strategies.
Murugesan has over 16 years of experience in MEP BIM and Electrical design across Power Plants, Substations, Stadiums, Airports, Data Centers and Ports.
